Our Honeycomb HQ is in Shell Beach and I absolutely love it. The narrow streets, the funky houses, the smell of the salt air…there is nothing like it.

BUT Designing these houses can be a bit of a challenge due to the small lot sizes. Especially when working in the bathrooms!

I had my work cut out for me with this Master Bathroom Remodel but I think we pulled it off. By keeping most of the finishes neutral, we were able to pack a PUNCH of design with that tiled backsplash at the vanity.

We also chose natural stone accents for the floor and countertops. The floor is limestone and looked just like sand. The countertop is a marble and had unusual coloring to it.

The vanity was originally supposed to be teak, but we went with walnut because the warmer amber tones worked better with our color scheme.

Let me know what you think!
