Devastated by a house fire, this residence was rebuilt from the ashes. We incorporated a modern farmhouse theme with lots of local materials, like Lompoc Stone from the surrounding quarry and reclaimed barnwood. This family loves to entertain and often hosts other family gatherings, so we wanted to make sure the kitchen and living area was perfectly suited for a party. Alongside a 10’ island and plenty of room for seating, we also planned for a butler’s pantry for a separate prep and bar space.

The Master bath has a beautiful delicate tub with wall mounted faucets and porcelain tile that looks like marble without the maintenance.

The guest bath features a fun patterned tile and a rustic vanity, bringing in elements seen throughout the home.

We warmed up the entire space with a wide plank white oak engineered floor and greige walls. The 20’ ceilings are flanked by exposed trusses that add a statement.
