A true beach cottage, this house greets you as you enter with white lap siding, a doug fir dutch door, and a 14’ slider that opens up to the oceanview deck. This home was built in the late 70’s and needed an overhaul. By redesigning the layout, we created an open floor plan that maximizes views of the ocean.

The accordion window that opens up from the kitchen to the outdoor dining bar is perfect for gatherings and essentially doubles the amount of countertop space in that area.

We kept finishes classic with white shaker doors and bronze hardware. We added warmth with the walnut butcher block top at the bar area. It’s a perfect countertop for a workspace and it has so much life to it.

Pops of blue and sea glass also bring theme home without going overboard on seashells!
